This project focuses on optimizing user engagement within the Somm Says app by addressing the underutilization of key features. The goal was to strategically increase feature visibility, user satisfaction, and monetization opportunities for both Somm Says and its wine partners. Through modals and tooltips, users are now guided through the app’s unique offerings, encouraging deeper interaction and boosting overall engagement.
